Q: Is this privately managed?
A: No, we use Freewheeler Vacations for property management and you are more than welcome to book through them if you prefer

Q: How many cars can park here?
A: There is a hard limit of 2 cars due to space.

Q: Do you supply sheets and towels?
A: YES!  And we will even have the bed made for you when you arrive, who wants to make a bed after a long drive, right?  We also supply beach towels for you as well.

Q: Are you bayfront?
A: Yes, we are on the bay nestled in Coral Cove

Q: Can I bring my boat and use the boat slip?
A: I would hope you do!   You can bring your jet skis as well!  You will need to park your trailer at our sister property or elsewhere due to space limitations.

Q: Is the pool shared or private?  Is it heated?
A: Both the public and your private pools are saltwater and the private pool is heated for a small fee

Q: Do I need to bring kitchenware?
A: NO!  We have EVERYTHING you need for cooking, enough silverware, and dinnerware for 8.  The only thing we do not supply is a crockpot.

Q: What appliances do you have?
A: Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove (all Bosch), Wine refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster, blender

Q: What do we do with garbage?
A: We have 2 garbage cans outside for your use.  Garbage collection is weekly and taken out for you, all you have to do is put your trash bags in the containers.

Q: Do I need to clean the house when I am done?
A: Included in the price is maid service but we do ask that you take out the garbage and lock the door before departing.

Q: Is there a laundry?
A: There is a high-capacity washer and dryer free for your use in the home.  While there is also an iron and ironing board, this is the Keys so keep it laid back!

Q: Is there free wifi?
A: Yes, there is free wifi that covers the whole house.

Q: How many people will it sleep?
A: The city license allows for up to 6 with 3 king beds, 2 are Tempurpedic King adjustable beds

Q: How big are the TVs?
A: The living room boasts a 75" Smart TV while the bedrooms range from 40" - 55"

Q: What if there is an issue with anything?
A: Freewheeler Vacations has staff that can handle anything that comes up.

Q: Does the bay or pool have lifeguards?
A: No, neither do so swim with a buddy and with care.

Q: Is it pet-friendly?
A: Yes, with a non-refundable pet deposit we will allow your potty-trained dog(s) to stay but if there is any damage there will be a charge.

Q: When is check-in?
A: We need time to clean so 4 pm is the earliest you can start your stay.  Our checkout time is 10 am.
